Delimbing Knife

• One-piece cast construction for strength and durability; sharp blades ensure clean delimbing without damaging the trunk.

• Clamping mechanism designed via 3D simulation adapts to various tree species for better contact with logs.

Cutting System 

• German import saw motor: one-touch intelligent cutting + automatic length setting, boosting single-shift output by up to 40%.

• Saw box with built-in automatic lubrication/cooling channel for continuous temperature reduction, reducing wear and extending saw chain/guide bar life; side guards + anti-kickback structure improve safety.

• Cutting assembly (chain + bar + tensioner): automatic chain tensioner maintains optimal tension without manual adjustment, preventing chain loss or breakage; high-strength alloy wear-resistant guide bars for long life, low energy consumption, and failure rates.

Feed Rollers

• 3 rollers / 4 motors (top 2 + bottom 1): bottom support + top compression creates an enveloping grip, increasing traction by over 40% compared to flat wheels. Stable feeding even on steep, slippery, or curved logs without slipping, dropping logs, or damaging bark.

• Adaptive intelligent feed maximizes efficiency and yield with even power distribution and straight feeding.

• Profiled (convex arc + wear-resistant stud teeth) non-flat design for increased contact area and grip.
